  So, following my post about SOPA but obviously in no way because of it, SOPA has been shelved… for now. And almost immediately we are presented with ACTA. • An inconvenient lawsuit

  The ongoing chain of lawsuits and counter lawsuits between Viacom and Google/Youtube hit the news again today. Yawn. However, one quote jumped out at me.
