Blessings of the High Sun

Well I awoke without the aid of an alarm clock this morning, just in time to get up and watch the Solstice sunrise from my front garden. The front of the house faces directly East, which makes my study a wonderful place to be in the early hours as I can watch him come up over the Tortworth Hills. It would appear that I had a better view than those that went to the Stonehenge rave party; the news reports say it was a cloudy morning, but it was clear and fine here.
